Positive: We went as group of 10. We booked both the apartments so we basically got the entire house. The lower apartment is good, the upper one is way nicer and very fancy. Both air conditioned. The outdoor kitchen (both apartments have an indoor kitchen) was very nice and made cooking for 10 people a confortable experience. The outside of the house is very nice and spacious with an amazing view on the bay, with a huge table, a stone bbq spot, outdoor furniture, all well shaded. The kitchen had a good quantity of pots and pans and provided all the essential cooking equipment. Both the Booking host and house owner were very kind and available. House owner kindly helped us with luggage transporting it by car and answered all our questions. Most of the communications were clear and fast (except for the fact that we were told we could bath in the sea directly below the house, but turned out to be a private spot. Unlucky.) In Bobovišća n/m near the parking spot, there is a mini market, and a couple of bar/restaurants. Even if the town is very small, events are organized and that was a pleasant surprise. Small town, nice people, big ships, good times. Near the house the free beaches were very nice, with a pleasant, clean water. The place is very quiet and relaxing, the excellent view and the almost all present breeze make for a healing stay. The night sky is awesome, the light pollution is minimal and you can easily see the milky-way core naked eye from your chair in the backyard.
Negative: The outdoor kitchen wasn't very clean so we gave it a good clean before using it. The rooms tend to get very hot during the night because air conditioning is only in the living room and there is poor ventilation otherwise (but there are some fans). To reach the house you have to climb 81 steps. (Can be annoying but a good exercise if taken with spirit). The nearest parking spot is 650m from the stairs that lead to the house, and driving to the stairs (eg. for carrying groceries) is very hard and possibly dangerous for inexperienced drivers. No bidet in the bathrooms.
