Beautiful home built in 2020 with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This home is located on the west end of Holden Beach with the beach access at less than 3 minute walk away.
Enjoy the private pool with tons of sun and shade for the whole family to enjoy. Pool can be heated for a small fee. Picnic table, deck chairs, gas grill, enclosed hot and cold shower.
The fully stocked kitchen makes cooking meals convenient and easy. Enjoy the water view while preparing meals and doing dishes.
The 3 bedrooms and living space have smart TVs and ceiling fans. The open floor plan allows the family to spend quality time together.
