SKI THE TRAIL TO CHAIR #20 SKI LIFT. (NO LIFT LINES TO WAIT IN!!!) EASY WALK FOR KIDS WHO CAN SKI "GREEN" SKI RUNS. I ALSO PROVIDE FREE PARKING NEXT TO CHAIR #20 OR IF YOU WANT TO GO TO LIONSHEAD OR VAIL VILLAGE GARAGES. GREAT LOCATION TO EVERYTHING: THE NEW GRAND HYATT VAIL RESORT/POOL, HOTEL SHUTTLES ETC. IT'S A 5-7 MINUTE WALK TO THE HOTEL LOBBY TO RIDE ONE OF THE HOTEL SHUTTLES TO THE OTHER VILLAGES. FROM CASCADE VILLAGE TO VAIL VILLAGES IS ONLY 1.5 MILES ) THAT'S HOW CENTRALLY LOCATED WE ARE IN THE TOWN OF VAIL!
VAIL TICKET OFFICE AND SKI RENTAL STORE IS LOCATED RIGHT NEXT TO OUR CHAIR #20 SKI LIFT AT END OF HOTEL BUILDING. Buy your ski tickets and rent skis right at the chair lift! (ONLY RENTED SKIS CAN VALET) They can't valet personal skis, due to space and costs. There is also a public parking garage right across from the lift, if you don't want to walk to the lift, we reimburse parking fees. Optional Parking near children's ski school is also available to you when renting our house.
ENJOY OUR 95 feet on the RIVER of the GORE CREEK. In the summer, enjoy our log furniture seating for 8-10 and tables for appys and cocktails or play games or fly fish. Front Patio area with fountain and plenty of outdoor seatings around the fire pit. In the winter, you can still enjoy the sounds of the river from our private hot tub on the lower deck. Kids can also toboggan in the field across the street from our house.
FOR THE SUMMERS, this house is one of the few homes in the neighborhood which has Central Air-Conditioning for your comfort.
A 6 PERSON SPA HOT TUB ON the lower DECK (is under cover from the weather, so you don't have to get out in the snow or rain to enjoy the Hot Tub) with GREAT views of the River and mountains beyond. EVERYONE mentions that the photos don't do justice to the "VIEWS". We also offer a 3 - Person FAR-INFRARED SAUNA. This house is spacious enough for multiple families or groups to spread out with 3800 Sq Ft + SLEEP 16. You can spread out, if you wish. There's 5 Bedrooms, 5 1/2 Baths AND 2 Bunk Rooms, each room sleeps 2-3 with CUSTOM MADE LOG Bunk Beds with Smart TVs in each room. Great for kids or adults. ALSO, a new Queen Size Sofa Sleeper in the family room, should you want to spread out. (it has a Temperpedic mattress, no uncomfortable "bars"). Baby Crib, PacN play, Hi-Chair, booster chair and one stroller etc. LARGER LIVING ROOM, FAMILY ROOM, DINING ROOM AND KITCHEN AREAS designed to entertain large families & groups, a GARAGE and HUGH DRIVEWAY for parking multiple vehicles. By appt: Massage Therapist, BabySitters or Private Chef company. Designer decorated with high end furnishings & plush feather beds. We can even do your grocery shopping before your arrival. Enjoy Hotel Restaurants and enjoy the Lobby Bar and Hotel Shuttles at Lobby Driveway circle the stops every 15 mins to Lionshead & Vail Village 7AM - mId-night. We book high demand weeks up to 2 years in advance, so plan well in advance.
Walk To Chair #20 Or Ski-In/Out From Hotel: WE ARE CLOSER TO LIFTS THEN MOST PLACES IN THE OTHER VILLAGES, WITH NO WAITING IN LINE & MORE TIME ON THE MOUNTAIN! Ride Chair #20 Lift back down anytime during the day until 4 p.m. (last ride down) If you don't want to do any of above, I provide "Free Parking right next to the Chair Lift" in the Public Garage Parking, especially if you have young children. Sports Store is located at the Chair #20 Lift, at the end of the hotel building, you can rent skis and equipment and valet your "rented skis ONLY" at the end of the day (at no charge). Also, we are Just Steps to the Grand Hyatt Vail Resort including the Restaurant, Starbucks Coffee Shop, Hugh Lobby Bar With Entertainment For Apre Ski. We can refer our Private Chef, Massage Therapist, Baby Sitter Service or Guest Services for dining RSVPs.
Huge living room with a large stone fireplace (gas) and SMART HDTV, with two sofas, 2 chairs, sitting bench, gaming table/4, there's plenty of room to enjoy those stories after a great ski day, summer hikes or event! The Family room is great for kids to play and adults to just hang out and enjoy. The living room has a fireplace and fantastic views including the river and mountain range views beyond. There's plenty of room to spread out but yet come together too.
This is a three level house, Entry Level is the street level: foyer, baby electric piano, 2 car garage, 4th and 5th bedrooms and full bath. In the summer, enjoy the front patio with a fire pit and 2-tier fountain and plenty of seatings with high end chairs and sofa. Main level: BBQ Grill on kitchen deck, grill both summer and winter long, Creek side wrap around living room deck, Living room, large dining room, eat-in large kitchen with 4 bar stools and Hi top table with 4 chairs, 1 &1/2 baths for 2 Bunk Rooms and Family room with a Queen Sofa Sleeper, closed off for privacy, if needed. Lower level has master bedroom En Suite with jacuzzi tub and fire place, Safari En Suite, with fire place, Gore Creek Suite en suite, laundry room with 2 sets of washers/dryers, wrap around Deck with 6-person Hot Tub. This is a great location with easy access to ski lift as well as in the summer time to access the walking path to the other villages along the river. Once you arrive, you don't have to drive until you are ready to leave. Catch the hotel shuttles offered at the Grand Hyatt Hotel into the village and return back to the Lobby pickup/drop-off area.
