Playa Lido Unit #5 is a 2 bedroom with Queen size bed, sleep-sofa in the living room, full kitchen, WIFI and TV. Laundry on site.
Great location, we are steps away from Lido Beach, few minute walk from St.Armands circle, a short drive to downtown Sarasota, and Marina Jacks.
The Sarasota Bayrunner Trolley, is free and easy which loops through Lido Key, St. Armands circle, and Downtown sarasota.
We happily provide some basic amenities to help you pack light:
Fresh linens- including bedding, blankets, and towels. Toilet paper and paper towels are provided to get you started. Basic cleaning supplies -dish soap and kitchen towels. Beach accessories: 2 beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella.
Parking space: each unit is provided TWO parking spaces.
We have an outdoor common area, which is shared with all other units. It has a Gazebo, with a charcoal grill, outdoor seating, and outdoor hot showers.
Laundry units are on site.

Summary: The unit couldn’t really be in a better location to the beach and away from traffic. But the unit had thin walls and let’s just say I knew the exact schedule of the tenants above. There were some notable internet issues that never got resolved so anyone who wants to stream programs should come up with other plans. The listing description made one think that pets were not allowed but yet a tenant’s dog woke us up every morning with barking as it went out to take care of some business. There is a shortage of outdoor furniture in the common space as it was taken by another property without warning to us preventing us from enjoying a dinner outdoors. The unit was adequate but there is a lack of attention to detail and some maintenance that is needed such as fixing the shower drain plate so no one cuts their feet on the tile or the metal. The owner is very nice and responded quickly to my outreaches on the internet and the patio furniture but nothing was done to resolve either matter. I do recommend the property but just know it isn’t quite what you think you are getting based on the advertisement/listing.
