Log cabin 2008, kitchen, living room, bedroom (10 m²) with double bed, utility room, washroom, sauna with both electric sauna stove and wood-burning sauna stove (brand: Narvi Aito), separate WC, office room/library, terrace, air source heat pump.
On the upper floor bedroom (7 m²) with two beds, another bedroom (8 m²) with two beds and one bed in the lobby.
Lakeside sauna (25 m²) with wood-burning sauna stove, fireplace room with sofa bed for two. The lakeside sauna can be used throughout the year, water must be brought by using a bucket in wintertime.
The usage of the hot tub during wintertime must be agreed with the owner separately. Saimaanhelmi is a modern rental villa with stylish decoration in a fantastic location.
