Detached converted old farmhouse lovingly restored with a total floor space of more than 140 m². On the ground floor there is a large entrance hall with sitting area, large bathroom with shower and toilet and a 55 m² large living room with kitchen, fireplace, large dining table, a bar and a comfortable sofa. The large bathroom is also a sauna. The sauna can be booked on site for € 8.00 per day.
The house has central heating. The entire lower area is also equipped with underfloor heating. The central heating and underfloor heating are included. (Firewood at the purchase price.) In the attic there are two 2-bed room, a 4 bed room and a toilet. The holiday home has a terrace with barbecue area and 200 m² area.
