A high-quality holiday apartment with an area of 160 m² + a 35 m² game room located in the Ukkohalla tourist center on the shore of Lake Syväjärvi.
This settlement with a view of the hillside and Lake Syväjärvi can accommodate a maximum of 10 people.

The apartment includes an open kitchen opening directly into the living room, five bedrooms, a sauna, a washroom, two separate toilets (one upstairs and one downstairs), a dressing room, a wind closet, an outdoor terrace with a charcoal grill, a dock with a swimming ladder and a shared boat.
A drying cabinet in the hall and a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room.
Beds:
Downstairs, two bedrooms: both with two 80 cm beds.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms: the first has five 80 cm beds and a children's travel bed, the other two have two 80 cm beds.
In the basement of the apartment, there is a versatile hobby room, where you can find a pool table, ping pong table, dart board, playing cards and a portable bluetooth speaker. Access to the game room from the outside.
As a children's equipment, a child gate with stairs at the top end.
NOTE! A car heater requires a long extension cord. Location at the end of the property road, close to the ski slope, downhill slope, toboggan route and other services. Own parking area in the yard that can accommodate several cars.
