Coastal Oasis is perfect for families or large parties looking for a private retreat stocked with all the amenities necessary to host and entertain or sit back and enjoy the Florida sunshine. Jupiter, Florida is a bustling coastal town on the Southeast coast near some of the best golfing in the region. It's a haven for boaters, surfers, scuba divers, beach-goers, shoppers, tennis players and nature enthusiasts, boasting some of the most impressive beach vistas, and warm, turquoise waters around. Coastal Oasis is ideally located making it an easy access point for all the activities, sports and nightlife in Jupiter and the surrounding metropolitan areas of West Palm Beach, Boca Raton and Miami.
This amply-appointed home is ideally situated for those looking to relax outside and soak up the sun. Coastal Oasis boasts a very large heated private backyard swimming pool and inviting outdoor area(largest in Beach Walk Estates) as well as Spa with cabana bath, a covered summer kitchen with a bar, grill, and seating for everybody. Beach Walk Estates also features a direct walkway to the turquoise waters and white sand beaches of Jupiter and Juno Beach. Coastal Oasis has 5 bedrooms, including a private guesthouse with a large bed in the common room(with pull out sleeper sofa as well) above the home's two-car garage. Four of the bedrooms have their own patio(3 in the main house as well as the guesthouse) In addition, there are 2 other den/bonus rooms in the home for even more sleeping space. Other amenities include flat-screen TVs and DVRs in every bedroom, utility room with a washer and dryer, walk-in closets etc. Interior features include Thermador appliances, stone floors, granite counters, custom wood cabinetry and A/V system. Equipped with a top-of-the-line gourmet kitchen and a dining room with seating for at least eight, you can serve big families or entertain a large number of guests. The kitchen features a 6-burner range with two ovens and warming drawer, and all the necessary modern amenities.
Last but not least, there is even an oversized mahogany elevator for easy accessibility to the home's second floor!
