Lovely shaded front porch with sunning areas on the side wraps almost entirely around the house. Part of porch and all of back yard is fenced in for keeping pets safe. Circle driveway and extra parking space makes juggling multiple cars and a boat trailer easy. Interior of house has an open feel. Fully accommodating kitchen and stack washer dryer makes maximum use of space. Ample sized wooden dining table anchors the space in sophistication. Whether sitting at the dining table or the living area, you are to enjoy plush seating, always within arms reach of a selection of the owner's palatable literature. Master suite occupies the North side of the house and has private bath with shower/tub combo. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a similar bathroom and offer a queen bed, and two bunk bed sets. Located a stone's throw from the island bike path and Cadillac square. Close to sacred Shell Mounds and the East end attractions such as the Ferry Landing, Sea Lab and Estuarium, Fort Gaines, and famous goat trees.
