Around 35 min SJU airport. Few minutes away from famous beaches and Kioskos Luquillo, supermarkets, Walgreens, etc. Super central location for your trip to PR. All new and modern, kitchen fully stocked.
Bedrooms are:
1) King bed, large bath with double shower ensuite, workspace and walking closet.
2) King bed, full bathroom ensuite, pool access and walking closet.
3) King bed, closet.
4) 2 Full beds, full bathroom ensuite, 55” Tv, closet.
5) Queen bed, bunk bed and full bathroom ensuite, closet.
Rooms 1, 2 and 3 are in the same main level. Rooms 4 and 5 are in the lower level. Rooms 4 and 5 have independent access from the main level.
There are 5 full bathrooms total and 2 half baths in the backyard for the swimming pool.
The entire house is available for guests to use except the garage that is off limits. There are 2 parking spots in the driveway and plenty on the street
