Unique summer house at the beautiful Korasida beach in Evia with a private beach !!swimming pool, tennis court, basketball, playroom with billiards, great for home entertainment but also full of quiet corners for relaxation with breath-taking views of the Aegean sea. Ideal for large groups and for couples who want to isolate.
Korasida beach has been awarded with the Blue Flag and is considered one of the most beautiful and cleanest beaches of Greece.
Located 5 minutes from the house at the entrance of Korasida beach you will find four tavernas where you can either have breakfast, drink coffee or eat the local delicacies at very reasonable and fair prices.
within a 20min drive from our property there are two places with night life, bars, beach bars, restaurants you name it!
The one is called Aliveri, during summer is packed with people!!! there are beach bars with music filled with young people, night clubs, bars and full of restaurants and cefeterias
The other one is also a port..its called Kymi, it is a really nice village very traditional with bars and night life, but also with connections to greek islands (only 1,5 hours away) twice a day there is a boat that takes you to SKYROS ( 1,5 hours away) and 3 times a week there is a boat that takes to a great complex of islands called 'SPORADES' (2,5 hours away) it comprises of SKIATHOS, SKOPELOS and ALONISSOS... ( its the place where the famous movie ' Mamma Mia' was filmed)
for me they are top islands!!!!! and definately worth the visit!
Also very close to our house is the beach of Kalamos ( my favorite!) with sunbeds and a beautiful beach with a great coctail bar!
