Positive: The apartment has everything that you need. It is one bedroom + living room with a smal kitchen. Second bed is in the living room. It was clean and equipped with all the tools needed for a short or longer stay. The owner is very kind and helpfull, also shares some local tips which is always nice.
Negative: For us the only negative thing was lack of AC in the living room. In a normal weather it is not an issue but for the first week it was 32C during the day and 25 in the night. This made sleeping in the room very unpleasant. Second week was ok when it got colder. So this is something the owner should consider for the future. Also the swiming pool rules are kinda strict but this is related to the general rules of the residency and not the apartment itself.
