The property is ideal for travelers who love privacy, and quietness and want to disconnect from their daily lives. We offer fiber optics internet with speeds up to 100mbs for those who want to work remotely from a tropical location or stream their favorite shows while vacationing. The villa is about 1.5h away from Liberia airport and only a 7min drive to the nearest beach.
The villa is managed by our local property manager. We are available to be booked on another major platform at different nightly rates.
Our home is situated in a gated and guarded community of Tierra Pacifica. Our home is 30 minutes away from Tamarindo and close to a variety of outdoor activities (surfing, boogie boarding, hiking, zip lines, volcanoes, etc.). Beach is an easy 15-minute walk through the tropical dry forest or you can drive up right to the beach in 5-7 minutes.
Our modern, bright, and airy home combines the natural serenity of the tropical dry forest with the luxury convenience of "home". Windows throughout allow for natural cooling cross breezes to flutter through the open living spaces. It also enables an enormous amount of natural light and lets you observe the immaculate nature.
