Great Location (No Car Required for all Beach Activities), Quiet , Private Just Minutes to all the Action. John's Pass, Fishing, Boating, Mini Golf. Great Restaurants on the Water. All a Short Drive or Ride on the Trolley right up the Street. Our Block has a Brand New Park just a Short Walk Away complete with New Playground & Exercise Area. No need to worry, we've got the Beach Toys, Towels, Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Coolers, Floaties,and Wagons. After a Day at the Beach Rinse off with our outdoor Shower & enjoy the Pool, some Grub on the Grill and end the Night with the Private Firepit with some s'mores. Along with our outdoor Speakers with Bluetooth Operation, Wine Refrigerator, 2 Full Parking Spaces. NO LOADING THE CAR OR LOOKING FOR PARKING.
