Welcome to Tynecastle Manor! This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home is located in the beautiful community of Tynecastle, which is situated at an elevation of 4,390 feet. Guests can enjoy beautiful year-round mountain views, cool temperatures, and a lovely, quiet neighborhood.
Accessing the main level is easy, only 1 step to do so. This property offers a spacious living room with a Gas Log fireplace and large flat screen TV above, as well as nice cozy furnishings. The dining area offers enough room for 10 at the table and 4 additional guests at the bar. The family chef will be able to whip up a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen with nice Kitchen-Aid appliances!
The master bedroom is located on the main level and includes a king bed, a flat screen TV, and a full bath with a custom tiled shower and jetted tub.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located on the upper level of the home. Bedroom 2 offers a king bed and 2 twins and bedroom 3 offers only a king bed. These rooms share a full bath with a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 4 is located on the lower level of the home and has access to a full bathroom, also with a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 4 includes a queen bed.
Also on the lower level guests can enjoy a game room with a pool table and a shuffleboard table, as well as another flat screen TV and a gas fireplace! There is also a sleeper sofa in the game room for additional sleeping space.
On the spacious decks, take advantage of the gorgeous mountain views, a gas fire table, and plenty of seating all around. When it's time to head to town, you will be 2 miles to Sugar Mountain, 9 miles to Beech Mountain, and 14 miles to downtown Boone and Blowing Rock!
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- This home is accessed via paved roads that are easy to navigate however, AWD or 4WD vehicles are recommended during winter months.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers.
- The homeowners use an outdoor surveillance camera pointed at the driveway. No other cameras are used.
- This property is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
- This home is located in the beautiful gated community of Tynecastle which has many full-time residents. A quiet hour of 10PM is to be respected at all times.
