The living area develops around the two sides of the central courtyard, perfectly equipped for lunch, dinner or outdoor living (covered gazebo with 4 tables, chairs, sink, stone barbecue, shower cabin, cabin with washing machine). The house for rent consists of a double bedroom, a comfortable living room with an equipped kitchen (here it is possible to add one or 2 single beds) and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The rustic dwelling is air conditioned and also has WiFi internet connection, flat screen television. The estate is embellished by a beautiful common pool area between the olive grove and the rural buildings. The oval shaped pool has a depth of 1.5 meters. And is surrounded by its solarium and relaxation area. Around the avid relaxation area we have soft lawn until we reach the olive grove. Often the deckchairs are positioned right between the trees, to enjoy the shade, in the quiet of the sunny days of Salento.This holiday house is particularly suitable for a group (families or friends), who want to enjoy their privacy by sharing the beautiful common areas, embraced by the surrounding countryside, in a simple and informal context, but truly characteristic of the Apulian land. At about 50 meters from the accommodation, in a very old villa, the discreet owners of the property live, who take care of the maintenance of the garden, to guarantee an excellent quality of the water in the pool and can be useful for requests or information. Generally, the pool is closed in the first ten days of November. The property is just on the outskirts of Corigliano D'Otranto, a historic town in the Salento area that boasts an impressive castle open to the public, currently the scene of numerous events, a beautiful historic center and excellent dining establishments.
