Nestled in the Village of Lexington & 1 block from the shore of Lake Huron, Two Doves Cottage has a beautiful, renovated & comfortable interior. Completely new bathrooms, comfy beds & a kitchen w/all the necessities! A true getaway; park your car in the shady driveway & walk to EVERYTHING; restaurants, shops, parks, marina, the neighborhood beach & more. Drink your morning coffee on the covered porch or hang out in the evenings on the large shaded deck.
*Cleaning fee includes damage insurance
You can walk to anything! There is great off road parking for you.
HOUSE RULES:
- No more than 3 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors' way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.
