3 Bedroom House with Private Pool, Balcony and Bedding

This is a beautiful private pool home located on the tropical island of Caye Caulker located in Bahia at the back of the island. If you're looking for tranquility you've found the perfect home. Guests will have a private downstairs 2 bedroom apartment with a full bath, kitchen and private pool! Bicycles are provided to ride into the heart of town which is a scenic 10 minute bike ride or if you prefer, golf carts are available for rent in town.
The private downstairs apartment being offered here has 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a queen bed and the second bedroom with a full bed. There is a foldaway bed available with a queen blowup mattress if needed.
The property boasts a garden of flowers and palm trees while you relax poolside in your very own private pool. You may use the property as you wish. This includes enjoying the ocean view from the top balcony with hammocks or cook up some delicious barbecue while you relax poolside in your very own private pool.
The home is very clean and has been meticulously built for ultimate comfort and ease. There are tile floors throughout the home. There are turbo fans in each room with cold A/C in one of the bedrooms in ground floor apartment only.
There is a flat-screen TV in the living room with the Dish network and of course WiFi internet is provided at no additional charge.
Make yourself at home and enjoy everything that is available to you. All we ask is to please respect the surrounding neighbors and the home. Please respect our property, belongings and pool. Please make yourself at home and appreciate it as much as we have. Please no smoking and we will provide ashtrays for outdoor smoking.
You will have full access to the home and everything it offers. There will be complimentary toiletries and of course fresh towels and linens and more.
All in all, this truly is a tropical home away from home located in Caye Caulker and we have put much thought into this. We are much traveled ourselves and we have always taken mental note of what luxuries we would want when we travel. We want comfort, relaxation, privacy and ease.. much of what you will get here while staying with us!

Please for your comfort use bug spray to deter pesky mosquitoes especially early morning and dusk this is when they are most bothersome. We recommend using coconut or baby oil as a preventative for sand fly bites it really, really works.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay the the property on Caye Caulker. The property is located on a quiet street on the southern part of the island. Upon arrival we discovered the bikes were in operable and opted to rent a golf cart. We highly recommend a golf cart! The owner connected us with a great rental company and we got a great deal. The private pool was especially nice for just hanging out throughout the day. We discovered a newly developed area close to the property facing the west. We saw magnificent sunsets every evening.. The seating was not the most comfortable inside and the kitchen was a bit sparse for all the cooking we did while there, but enjoyable overall.
