You are required to pay a 20% deposit payment with a minimum payment of £150.00 or higher which secures the property, this payment is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable – after this date the booking will be fully non-refundable.
A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. Access is via a key safe, the instructions for which will be provided within the week of your arrival.
