Positive: The host made everything to make our stay perfect. We arrived earlier and he welcomed us warmly in the trullo. Although the other guests left only 30 minutes before our arrival, he did his best to allow us an early check-in. He took care about details other hosts would forget!
Negative: Nothing to say. Everything was good :-)
