Includes all the everyday amenities you'll need (towels, dishes, etc.), plus Hi-Speed Wireless Internet available for your laptop, Satellite flatscreen TV's with 100+ channels w/DVR with Netflix & Amazon, DVD, VHS, variety of movies & CD's, etc. The open kitchen & outdoor area is wonderful for those who prefer to dine in, order delivery, & enjoy the peaceful pool & view. BBQ (charcoal) is onsite for free, or a propane rental is also available ($65/wk). Many popular restaurants are also within minutes from the villa. Pet fee $25 per pet, per stay (max 2). Sunset Lakes: Our Sunset Lakes Villa is an awesome villa backing directly onto Sunset Lake. Built in 1999, this modern luxury villa is located in Kissimmee Florida. Sunset Lakes is a premier secure community situated just over three miles south west of Walt Disney World Resort and is one of the closest vacation rental communities to the attractions in Orlando. Sunset Lakes is a gated community with sidewalks throughout. Onsite there are two fishing permitted lakes, a Community Swimming Pool with nice bath-house, Cabana, Children's Tot Lot Play Area and Gazebo. At Sunset Lakes you have the pleasure of quiet and secure natural Florida surroundings. In the mornings, weather permitting, you can see a lovely sunrise and watch hot air balloons taking off from across the street that float over the homes and lakes located here. In the evenings, the sunset is spectacular reflected in the lakes, and to the east, you can see several fireworks shows over the trees.
