This is an immaculate three bedroom, two bath waterfront home with a heated pool. It is conveniently located just one mile down the street from the heart of Cape Coral retail on Del Prado Blvd, yet it is in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood.
A beautiful lanai and pool area lead down the steps to the waterfront - a wraparound dock and seawall that gives you access to the canal to enjoy our kayaks or bring your own boat.

Summary: Clean and spacious home in a quiet neighborhood but close to many businesses. We had a great time playing corn hole and lounging by the pool. Loved the outdoor TV! We basically lived in the lanai from our morning coffee to evening cocktails. And so cool to be on the canal! We even caught a fish! Great communication from the host. He answered questions promptly. We would definitely recommend Tropical Breeze!
