It's perfectly positioned in the heart of town, only 2 minutes walk to the arboretum, the entrance to the stunning and dramatic Pearl Beach to Patonga bushwalk, tennis courts, bowling green, second kids playground and open grassy area perfect for playing cricket or kicking a football. You will also find Umina, Ettalong Beach and Woy Woy are only a 10 minute drive away offering plenty of cafes, restaraunts and activities for the family to do. Master bedroom contains a king bed. Bedroom 2 and 3 both contain queen beds. Bedroom 4 contains a queen bed and 1 single bed and Bedroom 5 contains a single bunk bed and single bed.
