South-facing balcony overlooks Gore Creek and has an extensive view of Vail mountain. King bed in bedroom one, two queen beds in second bedroom. Full size pull out bed in living room. Gas fireplace. There is a quarter operated washer and dryer in building, it is on the first floor.
