This enchanting complex consists of three distinct units, promising an idyllic retreat for a dream vacation for up to 13 guests; it's ideal for 2-3 families or a group of friends.
By booking here, you'll rent the whole property (all 3 houses and the 2,000 sqm plot). There won't be any other guests around. Let us introduce you to this captivating haven and its buildings.
Unit A, the main building, is a beautifully restored stone structure (a traditional "pajara") with thick walls, ensuring a cool and inviting ambiance. Immerse yourself in pure bliss as you unwind in the heated outdoor jacuzzi (available upon request, see below), all while indulging in the breathtaking vistas of the sparkling sea. This private oasis sets the stage for unforgettable moments of relaxation.
In addition to unit A, there is a second building, divided into two distinct units, B and C. Each of these units features a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living area, perfectly suited for spending quality time with loved ones. Step outside, and you'll discover generous outdoor spaces, partially shaded or covered, providing the ideal setting for al fresco dining or simply basking in the sun-kissed serenity.
Unit A boasts two cozy bedrooms and two stylish bathrooms, ensuring ample space and privacy for all guests. Each bedroom is appointed with a comfortable double bed, while the living room offers a single sofa bed, accommodating extra guests with ease. The design and furnishings create an atmosphere of tranquility, allowing you to recharge in utmost comfort.
Units B and C also offer their own allure, featuring one bedroom and one bathroom each. These well-appointed bedrooms boast a double and a single bed each, providing flexible sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. The living rooms in these units also feature one single sofa bed each.

There are mosquito nets in all units for your comfort, and air conditioning in all living rooms, as well as in the master bedroom in unit A. Fans are available in the other bedrooms.
Parking will be a breeze, thanks to the free parking spaces available on the property, offering you peace of mind during your stay. The property also includes a garden with Mediterranean plants that perfectly complements the breathtaking sea views. Allow yourself to be captivated by the beauty that surrounds you as you explore the verdant landscapes and find solace in the embrace of nature.
The property is located in Marina di Felloniche, a few kilometres away from Santa Maria di Leuca, the southernmost tip of Puglia and Italy's heel. The beach of Ciardo (pebbles/rocks) is less than 5 minutes walk away; the closest sandy beach is Felloniche beach (less than 1 km). Within 5-20 minutes walk you'll find several good restaurants and a small supermarket for your daily needs. If you have a chance, try Mattia Cordella, an excellent fish restaurant with a stunning sea view terrace just a few hundred metres away. Boat tours and many water sport activities can be carried out in the neighbourhood.
Please note: the outdoor jacuzzi is available upon request for an additional charge of €80 for the setup + €20 per day. This includes the water costs, cleaning products as well as regular inspection, cleaning and maintenance by a specialised company.

🛏️ Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €20 per person. Beach/pool towels are not provided.
🧽 Final cleaning is not included and costs €180, unless you clean yourselves before departure.
🐶 Dogs and pets are allowed (max 2 dogs or pets, surcharge €60 per dog/pet). You will need to inform us in advance.
💰 We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €1000 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.
⚡ Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,28 on 16/04/2024, when this text was last updated, but as prices are fluctuating a lot, your actual price per kWh will be communicated a few days before your arrival based on the current market price.
We decided not to include electricity costs in the rent in order to: a) keep our rental prices stable despite inflation and b) incentivate our guests to use electricity responsibly, helping us to reach our sustainability goals. Thank you for your understanding.
