This is a fantastic place to stay if you want to be close to the beach and have the wonderful view but would prefer to have more privacy. This home is located 18.4 miles down Hwy180 West, just miles from the historic Fort Morgan and the Fort Morgan Ferry. Plan to bring your boat for some great fishing, as you are less than 2 miles to the public boat launch at Fort Morgan. There is also Gulf Shores Yacht Club and Marina that offers dry storage and wet slips. You must try Sassy Bass Marketplace and Tacky Jack's 2, both are located close to Toucan Play 2. This beautiful beach-side duplex will sleep 6 including the sofa sleeper. Both bedrooms offer Queen beds. You also have 2 full bathrooms. You have beautiful wood floors in the kitchen and carpet throughout the newly furnished living room and bedrooms. The bright and airy kitchen has a large table that will seat 6. For your convenience you will have a full sized washer and dryer. The balcony, with the views that will keep you outside, offers a table with 4 chairs and 2 loungers. The balcony is tastefully partitioned offering you privacy from other guests. This little jewel is also Pet Friendly so that you can bring your furry little buddy! Summary: Overall great place to stay! Very clean and up to date property. Only complaint would be the mattress in the primary bedroom feels old or cheap. You can feel the springs and also feel when your partner moves their big toe! The mattress in the secondary bedroom is much better which doesn’t make sense. Other than that NO complaints at all! We love Ft Morgan and it’s very quickly becoming a yearly tradition. We would come back to Toucan Play 2 again!
