Summary: We were in this building several times before. We love that it is nearby major sites, but in a quiet residential area. The apartment itself if well-equipped. However, maintenance is not what we are used to from Interhome. We had issues with both bathrooms preventing us from using both toilets several days in a row. We also had several other things that were broken that was a bit annoying. In addition, the apartment was not as clean as we knew from previous times, and during our stay the apartment was not cleaned at all (on previous occasions, it was cleaned twice per week). On the positive side: whenever we contacted Interhome, they were more than willing to come and fix things or help out. In that sense, they were as forthcoming as we know them to be. Another plus: Interhome Benidorm met us in the apartment for the key when we arrived. This saved us an extra trip to the office in the city, after an overnight flight, so that was VERY welcome. Also important to know: the first few times in this building, we could also use the indoor spa. Today, the building's board does not want holiday renters to use the spa anymore. That is really a pity. Another downside of this building: there is a tennis court and a pool, but children are not allowed to use anything inflatable things or balls in the pool. In general, balls are not allowed on the premises, not soccer balls nor basket/volley balls.
