2 Bedroom Apartment with Laundry, Pool and TV

Apartment 6 people in a recent and modern complex, equipped with two swimming pools secure for children while being 300 m from the beach. Our apartment is located on the ground floor, facing south with a small rear terrace and a large terrace before all in front of the pool.
The area is beautiful with its sandy beaches, Torrevieja and salt lake, Elche and its UNESCO heritage palm park, LA ZENIA shopping center.
Bedroom 1 with a double bed
Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds (possibility to stick them)
2 bathrooms
A large living room has a sofa bed, a TV, air conditioning, etc.
Fully equipped kitchen
The front terrace has a table and 6 chairs and sun loungers
Bicycles are also available as well as all baby equipment (stroller, cot, baby chair, chamber pot, plate, covered, etc.)

Summary: This is our second booking at this property and have booked again for next year. The apartment is excellent, the location is great with supermarkets, bars and restaurants close by. The sunny patio is a lovely setting with views of the pool. The apartment is very well furnished and equipped with everything we need. There are bikes available to use and the area has lots of cycle lanes to use safely. We are returning next December, its just a shame that its not available in the January as we would stay there for 2 months. and the area is
