Summary:
Book before it's gone! This is beautifully updated apartment is part of a duplex and feels luxurious with its modern upgrades, and feels like home. A Queen bed and futon could sleep up to 4.
This home is great for both short and long-term stays. For nurses working at the local hospitals, we are very close to all three of them: Genesis West, East, and Trinity.
It' also just minutes from downtown Davenport, the Village of East Davenport, and very near the beautiful Vanderveerk Park!
The Space:
This is a cute and updated apartment with a duplex. It is the upper unit of the two, and there is a set of stairs up to the entry door.
The bedroom has a Queen bed, blackout curtains, closet, dresser and a comfy lounge chair.
The office/living room is complete with a futon, leather lounge chair, and computer desk with chair, along with a 50 inch SmartTV. The Futon can certainly fit one comfortably.
The living room has a large sofa-bed, papasan chair, computer desk and Smart TV.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to their unit only and not the one below, using a unique SmartLock code that will be sent prior to check-in.
Once the new garage door is installed, guests will be able to share the garage.
The Neighborhood:
This is a quiet neighborhood away from main roads and businesses. It is a family-friendly neighborhood and offers privacy to our guest.
Other Things to Note:
There are a flight of stairs to enter this apartment, at the back of the building.
There is another unit in this building and it is below. Both Guests in each unit must agree and adhere to strict Quiet Hours in the House Rules, else a fine will be imposed. Guests all get their own, unique entry codes that are only active during their stay.
