Positive: Really spacious appartement in rural area in easy reach by car to many destinations for tourist like Baden-Baden, Strasbourg, attraction park Eropa Park, and multiple hikes to waterfalls and in the forest. In 5 -10 min by car you have a great supermarket and meat shop with local products. The view from appartement was fantastic and it has its own parking spot.
Negative: Indeed there's a specific disturbing smell in the appartement, but we let the Landlord know about it and hopefully soon the problem will be solved. And it's a very steep way up to appartement and in the summer it's not a problem, but I would definitely look on Google for the road in the winter.
