Positive: I was renting 1-bedroom apartment and I recommend it a lot. It’s clean, it has everything you could need: plates, knives not dull, pots and skillets in good condition, ladle, mop, even vacuum cleaner, kitchen towel, grater, blender, toaster, compliment detergent for the washing machine etc. TV is modern and of good quality, you can connect your devices to share screen. It’s nicely and thoughtfully designed, good color of lightbulbs, that allow you to rest, enough zone lights. The bed (150 cm wide) was comfortably firm, the duvet was great (not thick, not thin, just right) and pillow was very good for me sleeping on the side but not that comfortable for my partner trying to sleep on the back and wishing for the pillow to be more adjustable. Mainly this apartment is furnished with IKEA things. I like this apartment to have in fact 2 separate rooms, each with a table for you could be willing to do — work, eat or read. The check-in and check-out was seamless. The electricity and water limit that you pay in advance while booking (those extra fees on booking.com) are enough — we were not sparing too much and didn’t come over the limit. The managing team was in contact any time via messenger, helpful but not disturbing in any way. The location of the apartment is great: top floor, sea view, close to project entrance, not too noisy despite the windows facing the road (though the noise level would increase in high season). No noise from the pool, as the unit is not facing the pool.
Negative: I’d wish to improve the sofa (it’s a bit sagging) and the little issue with drain smell in bathroom to be fixed (it’s not annoying, but I’d wish not to have it at all, I suppose that’s something about ventilation system). First couple of days I had an issue with A/C in the bedroom, it seemed to be not cold enough, but it was solved by itself just when the room walls were cooled. That took time as this apartment is a corner unit.
Summary: I’m happy to recommend this apartment and I like the idea of coming again
