2 Bedroom Cottage with Internet, Kitchen and Air Conditioner
The Perch on Pickerel is a cute and fun little lakefront vacation home with tons of character! It is "perched" up high and provides an incredible view of Pickerel Lake, particularly from the huge deck! The house is beautifully designed around the lake with stunning views and lake access directly in front of the home, including use of the private boat dock! The house has been beautifully remodeled and includes great amenities. It provides an incredible getaway for couples or small families!
1) Getting to the main floor of the property requires walking up 2 flights of stairs. This property is NOT recommended for anyone that has issues with stairs.
2) The rental does not include any watercraft or boats, but use of the dock is included, so guests are welcome to bring their own boats, kayaks, or canoes.
3) Use of water shoes while in the lake is recommended to avoid cuts and/or scrapes from sharp objects.
4) Guests are permitted to swim at their own risk. There are no lifeguards.
5) For the sake of the neighbors, guests are required to be quiet when outside between the hours of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
6) Propane is included for the gas grill.
7) Firewood is NOT provided for the bonfire ring.
The house is located in a residential neighborhood on Pickerel Lake. The houses are quite close to each other.
It is highly recommended that guests have their own vehicle.
