The sprawling property is just a 15-minute drive from the ancient city of Arezzo, on the edge of the Foreste Casentinesi and La Verna Park. Look forward to a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi exclusively for guests' use. The pool can be heated on request between mid-September and mid-November (for a fee). There is also a tennis court within walking distance (about 200 meters), shared with the guests of ITA424 and ITA480. The covered terrace with pizza oven, the panoramic veranda and the terrace on the second floor allow you to admire the beautiful view and spend lovely moments outdoors. The location is so charming that many couples choose it to celebrate their unforgettable wedding in Tuscany! On request, the owner organizes dinners, lunches and cooking classes (to be paid locally). The windows have mosquito nets. Two baby cribs are also available upon request. Excursion tips: 4 km Subbiano, 35 km Caprese Michelangelo, 48 km Cortona, 70 km Florence, 15 km golf course.
