It is a structure with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom in each room, a shared kitchen, and a large terrace on the top floor that offers an incredible view. Part of this terrace is covered and offers the possibility of eating outside while staying sheltered. The terrace also has a large barbecue. Each room is independent, and the house is equipped with all the basic services for cooking, internet, and air conditioning in the 2 rooms on the first floor. There is also a washing machine and an area for drying clothes."
