Positive: Rooms were decorated very nicely and perfect for my family. Location relative to the parks was excellent. There was plenty of space and overall very clean. The home was very nice.
Negative: The check in process was very confusing and we did not feel confident. We just received everything via emails and no one ever answered the phone. When we went to the front guard shack for answers, they did not ask for our name or anything, just said that by showing up we were checked in. The access gate never worked with the QR code provided. We always had to ring the main gate to get in and no one ever talked to us, the access box would just give a ring tone and the gate would open. The pool had papertowels in the bottom of the pool when we arrived. We cleaned them out but did not give us much confidence to use the pool, which was bad since we paid $40/night extra to have the pool heated.
Summary: Great week, even with the unknowns.
