Positive: Location

Negative: The home is beautiful but needs a day of TLC and cleaning. The amenities are amazing to look at but couldn't be used cause of the upkeep. Having a beautifully built home but it being too nasty to enjoy is crazy to me. Invest in a day hire a handyman and a housekeeper rating would be 10 across the board.
