Summary: We had a great time. Gloria was very helpful leading up to our trip and throughout our time there. She helped us with everything from reservations to setting up car rental. The housekeeper, Ana, was amazing and made our entire vacation so much easier coming with a baby and toddler. Thanks so much guys, had a blast!
