You'll have a great time at this comfortable newly renovated fully furnished apartment, close to everything, we are 12 min. drive to mystic, 14 miles to Foxwoods casino and 18 min. to Mohegan sun, 8 min. to U. S. C. G. Academy & conn college, less than 5 min. to the long island ferry, train and bus station, 7 min to Ocean Beach park, 12 min to Nantic.
The apartment has a capacity to accommodate up to 6 person. 2 Queen size bed, 1 full bed, the apartment is located on a second floor of a commercial property that is occupied for a beauty salon that close at about 6-6:30 Mon - Sat.
Additional Rules:
1. Free shoes place, guests must leave shoes in the entrance to help prevent contamination of Covid-19 or any other virus or bacteria. Remember some guest are allergic to animals, so there should be NOT PETS at any time. 2. No smoking inside the apartment. Extra cleaning fees may be applied to remove odor or stains, if there's evidence of Smoke inside the apartment, the guest will be billed whatever the cleaning service charge to clean and restore the place. Evidence of Smoking inside the apartment is $150/day. 3. PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use if dishes are not washed, extra fees may be applied. 4 Be acknowledged that sometimes I may leave some consumables such snacks or condiments. We try our very best to ensure that it’s no expired. However, ultimately it’s up to the guests discretion and inspection to consume these items. We don’t take any responsibility for the consumables. 5. If you would like to host an event( not party) please let us know about it. 6. In any occasion guests are found to have had party without permission which result in extra cleaning charges, GUESTS WILL ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. 7. Guests agree to don’t engage in any illegal activities or using any illegal drug of any kind, the authorities will be advised and guest will be asked to VACATE IMMEDIATELY. 8. Let me know immediately if something it’s malfunction so it can be rectified. However, all damages or missing items will need to be paid for by you. in the event something needs to be fix Host will have the right to access to the property in fix it.
9. To prevent fire and for safety, please do not leave electrical Appliances swift on if they’re not in use, including but not limited to air conditioners, flat irons etc. etc. 10. Issues impacting any future guest: If there are any extreme damages to the property that require canceling on a future guest, you will be charge the full amount of lost of revenue.
