Positive: Breakfast was not included...the location, right on the beach across from Raft Island was great. The deck was the best part of the house.
Negative: The guest house queen bed cover was soiled with what looked like body fluids, gross. The guest house futon downstairs was dirty, like a dog had slept on it and only minimally cleaned. Needed more paper towels, only one partial roll was there. Needed facial tissues. Bedrooms in main house need a chair or two to sit down or put things on. Ice Maker in kitchen not working.
Summary: Beautiful yard, deck and view. House was roomy, guest house needed more cleaning.
