Designed for relaxation and rejuvenation, The Summer House Margaret River is stylishly appointed and features a tennis court, 3 oversized bedrooms with 1 king and 2 queen beds of the highest quality, two spacious bathrooms, one with a spa bath and a private study/retreat and balcony leading off the master bedroom upstairs which enjoys beautiful views of the surrounding Margaret River region.
A large, open Jetmaster log fire warms the sunken lounge area which leads onto an expansive sunny entertaining terrace and lawn. Each room experiences beautiful tranquil bush vistas of the private native gardens. You may even get a visit from the local family of kangaroos!

The Beach, Restaurants & Hotels, Wineries and Scenery is all 5- 15 minutes away. It's a magnificent house for entertaining friends; listening to music and laughing over board games and wine!
