If you’re an open-concept kind of person (walls are so overrated) then this is the space for you! You’ll be greeted by floor to ceiling walls of beautiful wood, with an adorable modern kitchen surrounded that boasts more subway tile than Grand Central Station. Take a peek out of your expansive front windows and enjoy the views from your private, covered balcony. If you’re inspired to recite a line from Romeo and Juliet - fine by us! You do you.
And if you wanna live like a local, you can’t beat this location. Travis Heights is considered an original "suburb" even though it’s right in the middle of town now. You’ll find it full of quaint bungalows, historic estates, and modern spaces. Old trees tower over the homes and streets, and neighbors and families still sit on front porches. The nearest international airport is Austin (AUS) 8 miles | 13 km away. While the neighborhood is highly walkable, we recommend having a car to fully explore the plethora of nearby attractions. However, there is Uber and Lyft in Austin as well, if you prefer.

Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
We provide some bath essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, body gel, toilet paper, and some garbage bags. Please note that these are not replenished during your stay.
Pack-n-Play travel crib (with sheets) & high chair are available upon request.
Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.
