The Sergeants Quarters is a 4 bedroom self contained house opposite Dobell Park (swimming and playground) and overlooking Pulbah Island on western side of Lake Macquarie.
It was once the police sergeants residence for the Wangi Wangi Police station - which is now a cafe (the 2 lock up cells still there)
It sleeps up to 8 guests and is centrally located in Wangi Wangi with walking distance of all facilities. 100 metres to 2 boat ramps and easy access to Wattagans (25 minutes) and Newcastle city (45 minutes) , 15 minutes to Sydney freeway and 45 minutes to Hunter Valley vineyards.
Sleeping arrangements are two queens beds and four king singles.The lounge has a corner suite with flat screen TV and DVD player. Wi Fi available (password required). The dining table seats 8 people and there is a high chair.
The house has one bathroom with shower , vanity and bath and a separate toilet. There is off street parking at rear of property , also a laundry with washer , dryer ( laundry products supplied ) and a toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with microwave , refrigerator and gas stove. Tea , coffee, sugar supplied and also cleaning products.
All bed linen , blankets , pillows and towels supplied.
The house has air conditioning for heating and cooling.
