Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch and your evening beverage on the cozy screened in porch. Bright, airy Carolina room provides additional living space complete with games for kids. Downstairs play area includes flat screen tv, ping pong table, basketball hoop, and cornhole boards. In the kitchen you will find everything that you need to prepare meals for a large group including basic spices, crockpot, standard coffee maker (no filters needed), pots, pans, and much more. Four person golf cart provided. Just a five minute golf cart ride to one of many beach accesses. The home is fully stocked with everything you need for the beach, chairs, towels, carts, coolers, and beach toys.
