Positive: - The location is slightly off the beaten track, which is perfect for a peaceful stay near Ubud. - The villas are so beautifully designed that you don’t want to leave the room. Every single detail — interior design, furniture, books, flower arrangements, fabrics, and decorative elements — is curated with exquisite taste. It is truly a bliss to stay here and the most beautiful interior I have seen in Bali. - The sunset view from the rooms is absolutely stunning. - The build quality is top-notch, with not a single construction flaw. Everything is executed to the highest possible standard — truly astonishing. - The restaurants on the property are excellent. We tried both the omakase sushi restaurant and The Sayan House restaurant for lunch and dinner, and both offered outstanding food and service. - The breakfast is simply the best breakfast I have ever had — a true bliss. - Miranda, the manager, is extremely kind and helpful. She supported us throughout our stay, shared the history of the hotel, and personally showed us around. - Putu from housekeeping prepared the room in a very flexible, thoughtful, and exquisite way.

Negative: - The only sad part was having to leave — I am already looking forward to coming back.
