Summary: My sister, cousin, and I stayed here for 9 days, and truly enjoyed the stay. We were visiting family in Memphis for the holidays, so it was great to have a place that the three of us could have on our own for a respite from the many holiday gatherings. We appreciated the use of the kitchen and game room for relaxing mornings and evenings after visiting family. The home is well appointed, with three bedrooms and two full baths and additional power room, so it was a very comfortable stay for three Gen-X women. We also really appreciated the garage for the rental car. The location can’t be beat. For me, it was better than being in Cooper-Young, because I enjoyed the river walk daily for exercise. Also it was fun to drop into the small grocery at the end of the walk. The Bass Pro Shop at the Pyramid is a 3 minute drive away. We bowled there and shopped. Also, on my walk, I noticed that the American Cruise Line river cruise docks at the end of the walkway, so this house would be a great location for a few days before or after the cruise to enjoy the Memphis sights. Overall, really enjoyed the stay here. Definitely will consider staying here again when visiting Memphis for long stays.
