The space
This peaceful 3-bedroom, 2-bath brick ranch, named after our beloved horse "Bonnie Blue" offers plenty of space to relax and unwind.
Ideally located between the cities of Dayton, Columbus, and Cincinnati (all within a 1 hour drive). The perfect space to stay if you want to explore Caesar Creek Lake (1 minute down the road), The World Equestrian Center (15-20 minute drive), The Ohio Renaissance Festival (10 minute drive), Roberts Center (10 minute drive), Kings Island (30 minute drive), or the towns of Wilmington, Xenia or Waynesville, Ohio (all approximately a 15 minute drive).
Inside the home, you’ll find a newly renovated and thoughtfully designed open floor plan that includes a living area where friends and family can gather, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and dining for up to 8 people, a separate cozy entertainment room, and a convenient laundry room with a washer and dryer. The primary bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with two double beds, share a second full bath.
