You're also 15 minutes to Vieques and Culebras Ferry, as well as the El Yunque National Forest. Welcome to the Best Beach Town on the East Coast.
The space:
This home includes free high-speed wireless internet access, a comfortable family / living room to relax after a day of fun. Full Kitchen with Fridge, Freezer, Stove, Oven, and Microwave. The bedroom features a bunk bed and a queen bed. The living room has a pull-out sofa for those extra guests. You have your own private pool just steps outside the back door. Our home is sure to satisfy all of your relaxation needs.

No Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10 pm-7 am. We would appreciate that you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in.
No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire detector will incur a fine.
Should we believe that the guests have been smoking/vaping in bedrooms, balcony, patio or any part of the house, a smoking fine of will be charged for deep cleaning.
