Positive: It was beautiful, large, clean and quiet. Check in was easy.
Negative: After messaging the staff about the wobbly bunkbeds, they swiftly entered the apartment to fix it. While I appreciated their quick response, I didn’t appreciate that they entered the apartment WITHOUT confirmation from us that it would be okay. We decorated the place (with temporary decorations that we of course planned to take down), as it was a celebration weekend for my sister’s upcoming wedding. When the staff entered the property without our permission, they were quick to assume that we had been partying in the unit. However, this was not the case at all. We really didn’t like the assumptions that were made when they entered the property without our consent.
Summary: Nice place but a few frustrations dealing with the staff
