Featuring multiple living areas, a pool with waterfalls, a hot tub, and a multi-level backyard, you'll practically have to pry the kids away to experience everything San Diego has to offer. Located in the Tierra Santa neighborhood, this home is just a short drive to The San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, Legoland, Downtown San Diego, and lots of other shopping and dining options. Plan on making most of your meals at home? The large chef's kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, and an 8 seat dining room table that makes serving meals a breeze. After meals the family can flow effortlessly into the luxurious backyard, which features multiple levels, multiple seating areas with TVs, a BBQ and a smoker, a cabana with a hammock, heated pool and hot tub (additional fees apply). When the gang is ready to turn in for the night, all the rooms are located on the upper level which is perfect for getting everyone ready for bedtime. The cherry on top is that this home boasts enough parking for 3 cars! This is the perfect hub for a family looking to take a break from the hustle and bustle. • MAX OCCUPANCY AT ALL TIMES: 10
• QUIET HOURS: 8:30pm- 9am- NO OUTDOOR USE AFTER 8:30PM. Our neighbors are very sensitive and are instructed to call the police if anyone is outside after 8:30pm.
• NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, NO EXTRA GUESTS THAT OVER OCCUPIES THE HOME, OR EVENTS ALLOWED All Strictly enforced.
• THIS HOME IS NOT PET FRIENDLY
• VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Fees apply.
• Sorry! No local guests will be allowed at this home.
• Please help us maintain our quiet neighborhood by not using the pool between the hours of 8:30pm-9am.

• Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
• Need a Pack and Play and a High Chair for your visit? Please let our team members know if you need a pack n' play or high chair. There is a $25 fee, per stay for renting a high chair and a $35 fee for a pack n' play.
• Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.
• Exterior surveillance cameras are recording video 24/7
CANCELLATION POLICY
• A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee.
• Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee).
• Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.
