Positive: nice layout of the unit
Negative: broken window in rear of building, tacky, tree stump in driveway needs cutting down to ground level, to easy to hit with car especially in the dark, floors were not adequately swept, needs to be fumigated, too many bugs and spiders, hole in drywall in kitchen, tacky-again
